RETURN POLICY - All sales are final on cut goods, art supplies, patterns, books and quilting kits. Please contact us if you have questions, or need assistance.
SHIPPING - We understand that the cost of postage has skyrocketed in recent years, so we make every effort to ship each order as inexpensively as possible. Our website is set up to default to Priority Flat Rate shipping, but if we can reduce your postage by shipping First Class, we will! Each order is checked for accuracy and lowest shipping cost possible prior to dropping it in the mail.
All orders are shipped to the address that you provide at checkout. Any adjustments to orders after they have been packed and shipped may require additional postage fees. Three Crafty Ladies is not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen due to postal errors. We will do our best to remedy every situation, so please contact the shop if you do not receive your items within 2 weeks of order date.
